Mission Mode Overhaul — The Empty Halls Steam update #711504

This is just a small hotfix to resolve some issues people have been encountering. It also has one of the new features I've been working on so now you get more of a reward from better recordings. This adds a bit more interest to the mission system. Also sorry if I don't respond quickly to the discussions tab. I am working on the problem just I may forget to say. (I'll try to respond as much as possible) Additions:Main menu now supports mouse as well as keyboard inputsImprovements:You are now graded on recording/shot quality when completing missions giving you more money if you score highlyBug Fix:Fixed Level 9 car noclip3+ multiplayer wasn't correctly syncing player spawning removing which has now been reworked and should work
