-Max Level All button added. It will prioritize leveling up all resources by one in sequence until you run out of Life. -Building progress will now be reflected after Save loading. -Provinces with population 5.0 to under 15.0 will now have a 15% base production bonus, 15.0+ will have a 50% base production bonus. This is to help build tall style breakthroughs, increasing Capital importance and strategic importance of Pops. This will be displayed on provinces by a new Icon under “Special” button. -Income Tax bills have been added (both increase and decrease). This percentage is based on the revenue gained vs GDP starting 2022, not on per nation Income Tax rates. The higher the income taxes, the more monthly unrest. 5% or less, will reduce monthly unrest.
