Excavator Gamepad, Dirt Chunks and Prompt Fixes - Sep 17 — Digger Sandbox Playtest Steam update #7846158

Excavator - Gamepad support fixed: with the left shoulder held, the boom and second arm now move on the sticks. Bucket curl and body rotation were already working; the arms were not. Hold left shoulder to dig, release it to drive and look around. - The on-screen prompts now show the real keys for bucket curl (Q and E) and for leaving the excavator. They used to read "Any". Dirt chunks - Dirt chunks landing on the terrain now dig into it reliably. Only glancing, tumbling hits were registering before; a chunk that landed flat did nothing. - The hole a chunk makes now appears where it landed. When a chunk had been thrown or dumped by another player's machine, the hole could appear back where the chunk was first picked up. Skidsteer - Reversing over terrain with the bucket down no longer spawns dirt chunks inside the bucket. Digging while reversing still cuts the ground. - The arm and bucket...
