Also balance adjustments (easier on lower difficulties, harder on higher difficulties). - AI price aggressiveness adjusted by difficulty level. - Increased world demand for low difficulties. - Decreased world demand for high difficulties. - No year selected and no demand for cars on difficulty 1 bug.
