Patch 0.9.5a — For The Warp Steam update #818664

Small patch fixing some of the reported bugs: Reckless Attack no longer makes you discard more cards that usual Some player debuffs should be working properly Scrapping cards at the regular stations no longer give you back 20 credits The offensive effect of the hand lock down should happen more often, in elite enemies and bosses The equipment seller random event should now appear more often Dual cards should now work properly, this includes cards like Fight or Flight and Cauterizing Beam not repeating previously used effects Other small issues More fixes and features coming in a couple of days.
