Chapter 16+17 — Resonating Worlds Steam update #836908

New Content: Added 2 new Chapters (16 and 17). Added 5 new Skills (for new charater). Resource restoring consumable items are now only usable if the resource is not full. Healing Skills can only be jused on target that are not full life. Cogency of Soul (level 1) can now only be use on units, if turn of unit has ended. Meteor aoe damage numbers will now have a slight delay (after shockwave). Changes: Lady of the Lake now grans 1 free movmenet on water tiles. Water Torrent now makes tiles wet (free water movement). Added a Camp to chapter 4 (new tiles). Changed the wording (tooltip) of relics. Fixed: Dot and Endturn damage is now tracked in stat history (unit dmg taken). Victory or Defeat sounds are now played correctly. Meteor will now play its sound correctly.
