One new early level, NYC Video Game Festival — Bullet Brain Steam update #870884

- Add a camera settings menu to the start of the game that demonstrates the two camera styles- Improve one of the second world levels that intends to teach a mechanic. Now it should teach it with a bit less friction- Add an easy-ish second level to reinforce player understanding before the level 3 difficulty spike- Quiet the music during the end of each world to make moments land betterWe were also at the NYC Video Game Festival and it was a lot of fun!
