Fixed a bug with the collision and layering of the cabinets in the BeiGuo Restaurant. Fixed a bug where the Cooking Festival mail would incorrectly trigger again on the day of the festival. Fixed a bug in the player manual panel where buildings that were still under construction (construction sites) would be mistakenly displayed. Indoor windows now correctly change their lighting effects according to the current time.
