Update 1.0.5 - Employee Assignments, Pathing Fixes & Mug Recovery — Cup and Counter: Coffee Shop Simulator Steam update #924697

This update focused heavily on improving the behavior of the employee system. One critical issue we solved in this update was baristas throwing out coffee mugs. To help rectify this, we have a one-time fix that will automatically restore any mugs that have been lost to the void, as long as you still have the cup holder they belonged to. On top of this, you should find employees a lot less painful to work around; they will fade out of your view if you are too close to them, and they will stop being interactive. This should enable you to work in peace while they also continue on with their assigned tasks. Speaking of tasks, we have introduced a brand new system in this update that enables you to assign your employees, in particular baristas, to specific equipment. This stops their automatic behavior where they can essentially choose any available piece and should make them more predictable...
