1.3.5 Low res textures — Moose Miners Steam update #926984

Just a small patch with some improvements to help load and run the game for systems with low vram. Using the Graphics setting Low will now load lower res textures to reduce vram usage and improve performance Added launch option -lowGraphics that overrides the Graphics setting and sets it to load on startup If you have had issues with the game getting stuck on the Lingon Studios logo or on the loading screen try the new -lowGraphics launch option as it might solve it.
