Small update adding partial gamepad support and fixes - v0.3.1.0 — Rustwing Steam update #927678

So, ladies and gentlemen, after squeezing out as much work as I could in the last few days I can proudly announce that the game has gamepad support now! Well sort of... This is far from a complete and proper implementation, but it is a start. The game can be played fully with a gamepad, but input rebinding and glyphs indicating inputs are missing. The menu and map navigation can also be a bit tricky. But it works, so go try it out! And if you encounter any issues or have suggestions, be sure to submit them via Discord or the feedback button in the main menu. Also, this update has a bunch of fixes and balance improvements, but I couldn't fix every bug and issue that came up the last few days. I'll be working on them in the coming days.
