Bug fixes and improvement of the player experience — Auto Rogue Steam update #961471

- Fixed the input conditions so that values can be quickly changed with a double-click. - Corrected the description of the Coin Beam. - Fixed a bug where "Yaruki" was treated as a permanent skill. - Fixed a bug where skills could sometimes be placed in condition slots. - Fixed a bug where the delete button wouldn't disappear. - Fixed a bug where "Big Spin" wasn't dealing damage correctly. - Improved the tutorial for condition switching. - Fixed a bug where hints were displayed for characters without hints when switching hints. - Added an option to move purchased conditions to the top. - Made the "Difficult" difficulty level harder. - Reduced the volume of the SE sound for "Investment".
