Sorry for going quiet for so long, but I think I *finally* fixed any and all "getting stuck in sliding tunnels" related issues. You should no longer get stuck in tunnels and if you run into an issue like that again you can post a clip/screenshot to twitter and tag @DiscadeProject or post it in the steam community tab to let me know!
