FIXED: Fixed the issue of the research cleaning tutorial not proceeding if cleaning is already researched. Addressed the problem of outsourced workers leaving after waiting for an elevator. Resolved the problem of a tow truck getting called twice if the player calls for a tow truck while a parking attendant is also working on it. Fixed the issue of customers continuing to play the locker usage animation after using the lockers in the sauna rooms. Addressed the issue of employees not using smoking rooms. CHANGED: Made some design changes to the room info window items box. Made some design changes to the people highlight info window. The game session now starts paused after loading a save file.
